How it started...

Henley Occupational Health was founded by Dr Eva D'Souza, to provide medical advice to local businesses on employee health, well being and disability issues arising out of, or impacting on their work. This includes fitness for work medicals, advice on restrictions or adjustments to work, health surveillance, managing alleged work-related stress, and detailed guidance on phased return to work plans.

We are located in Henley on Thames and primarily serve the surrounding area.

Our occupational health service supports your people management procedures and health and safety duties. We know that the impact of health issues affecting your employee, the team they work in and your business aims, can sometimes be serious and we work with you to mitigate the effects by advising on supportive and preventative measures.

We can also provide general health risk management consultancy services including gap analysis - whether you're ensuring compliance with aspects of health and safety law, or seeking to work towards best practice. By listening to you and developing our approach to your needs we are committed to earning and retaining your trust.

Our approach has been endorsed by a 360 degree review, which was scored as "good to excellent". Comments from this review are available to view on the Testimonials web page. The full pdf document is also available on request.

To keep our services local we support local employers and selected larger occupational health service providers, eg by providing regional occupational physician support to assist with their casework.

Medical assessments can be done on or off site according to your needs. We currently use professional meeting rooms at the Chiltern House Business Centre in Henley and Basepoint Business Centre in High Wycombe.
